The Virtual Manager - Frequently Asked Questions

 

What is it?

The Virtual Manager is an online members club for new, DIY & independent music artists.

It is designed to resemble the experience of having an Artist Manager as closely as possible, offering ongoing support, guidance and music industry training. It is not a one-off course.

Once you join you have access to all the features listed (& much more!) for as long as you remain a member. 

You also get all previous trainings and archived content, meaning you immediately benefit from a wealth of information, tools and resources!


How does it work?

The Virtual Manager content is hosted on its own site, with new trainings added every month.

Upon joining you create your own username and password, which you then use to log in to the site whenever you want. This means you can take the trainings at any time, and at your own pace.

You will be notified by email whenever a new training bundle goes live on the platform, so you don’t miss a thing!

This is complimented by a private Facebook group just for members – where the live interviews, accountability sessions and weekly Q&A’s all happen!

To get the full benefits of being a Virtual Manager member I recommend you join the Facebook group, as well as accessing the site regularly.

 

Who is it for?

Any music artist (including musicians, singer/songwriters, songwriters, music producers, bands & DJ’s) who feels they would benefit from Artist Management guidance and a more in-depth knowledge of the music industry.

However, it is only for those committed to moving their music careers forward – The Virtual Manager only works if you do, and the more you put in the more you will get out!

Whilst I am based in the UK (London) the trainings are designed to be universal, not least as the music industry is a global business. 

Therefore, it is suitable no matter where you are in the world – that’s the beauty of it being an online members club!

 

How much does it cost?

Membership to The Virtual Manager currently costs £29 per month.

You make your first payment upon joining, securely by credit or debit card. 

Each additional payment is then taken automatically from your chosen card every 30 days – making payment effortless. You will be sent an invoice by email each month for your records.

However, I believe that the best results for music artists come from commitment to consistent action. 

Therefore, a discount is offered to those who subscribe to The Virtual Manager for 6 months – this is how you will achieve the most progress at the best value!

To get the 6-month package you make a one-time payment of just £139 upon joining. This is the equivalent of £23 per month (20% off).

 

What if I want to cancel my membership?

No problem, and no questions asked.

If you no longer wish to continue your membership of The Virtual Manager you can cancel it at any time.

To do so, simply log in to The Virtual Manager site – go to your Dashboard – click on ‘My Account’ (top right hand corner on your dashboard) – you can cancel your membership there.

Please note that cancellation will be activated immediately – you will not be charged again, and you will no longer be able to access The Virtual Manager platform or Facebook group.

To ensure you are not charged for the coming month’s membership, you will need to cancel your membership before your next payment date (you can go into your billing history in ‘My Account’ to see when this is due).

 

Refunds

We do not issue refunds of The Virtual Manager (an online membership subscription) once your order is complete.

If you don’t wish to continue your membership please simply cancel your membership, which will ensure no further payments are taken.
